What is a VENEER
Veneers are thin ceramic plates glued to the teeth. The advantage of veneers is that teeth grinding against the crowns is minimal. Sometimes the teeth do not have to be ground at all. It always depends on the dentist’s evaluation and, together with you, the best possible solution for your beautiful smile is determined.
Using VENEERS
At first, the dentist performs a necessary examination. After that, when everything is ok and the dentist rules out possible problems or sudden complications, the patient shares their vision for the new look of their teeth with the dentist, and after a mutual consultation, they find an optimal solution. Then it is possible to move on to the veneers.
The process
If it’s necessary to grind the teeth, it is always done using a local anesthetic so you feel no pain. You can have veneers within two visits to our clinic. In some cases it is possible to get them after one visit.
Suitable candidates for VENEERS
Your dentist will always discuss this with you as this differs from patient to patient. Before the veneers are completed, the patient receives temporary veneers. These are usually made from resin.
